As engines accumulate kilometres, their components begin to wear over time and repetitive use. It is not uncommon for seals and gaskets to deform and crack due to extreme temperatures and pressures. Sometimes the physical damage extends to the combustion chamber, cylinder heads and cylinder walls, causing serious mechanical problems such as loss of compression, excessive exhaust smoke, loss of power and contamination of lubrication and cooling system fluids.

Description:
Bar's Cylinder Head Gasket Repair penetrates leaking, blown or damaged cylinder head gaskets and cools to provide a seal. This product contains a combination of anti-freeze sodium silicate (liquid glass) and various sized sealing particles that penetrate gaps and cracks in the block and cooling system near the combustion chamber. This product is recommended for use in vehicles that do not overheat or require a coolant top-up after leaving the engine idling for 15-30 minutes. Small leaks at the cylinder head gasket and block can be completely prevented by using this product.

Directions:
Shake the product well before adding. Add the entire contents directly to the radiator according to the dosing instructions. Can be added to the radiator hose or pressurised overflow tank if you do not have access to the radiator directly. Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature, then switch off the vehicle and allow it to cool down. Restart the vehicle and run it at high idle for 15 minutes. Turn the vehicle off and allow it to cool down before topping up the radiator. Treats up to 10 litres of coolant.
NOTE: More aggressive repair may require professional repair of Bar's cylinder head gaskets. Mechanical attention may be required if leaks continue after treatment.

Warnings:
Be sure to use the entire bottle. If the cooling system is full, it may be necessary to drain some of the existing cooling fluid before application.
